 • Support with job search, further development, reorientation or reorientation: assistance with planning and implementing career steps, whether it is looking for a new job, developing new skills or reorientation in a different area.

It is no longer a secret that great potential can be realized through good coaching. It's great that many people identify with this mission. But how do I find a coach that suits me? I also look for coaches for myself and know that those who appeal to me are people who inspire my trust because of their personal story.

My story is always the story of the people I have met along the way. The students I have taught and counselled: they have shown me that in the years of education, formative decisions can change the course of a life. The colleagues I have worked with in Germany, Italy, Russia and Dubai: every meeting has always been an insight into different cultures, traditions and ways of thinking. The managers I have had: some have shown me what a gift it can be to be well managed. The customers I meet in my work: they remind me every day that a process, however good it may be, is not accepted equally by everyone. And, of course, the people in my beloved books: the anticipation of seeing their stories unfold has been with me since childhood.

All these people have contributed to writing my personal story. A story of self-awareness, questions, self-reflection and change. A story of intuition and empathy, and of a very strong curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. This has enabled me to grow much of what I did intuitively - or as my former boss & coach said, "my superpower" - with theoretical knowledge.  So today, I can use numerous tools and methods to accompany you on your journey.

When was our collaboration successful? What is the goal of coaching?

Many years of experience in counselling, change facilitation, coaching and mentoring. New work, resilience and change management are more than just buzzwords: it's about people with their needs, unique strengths, talents and uncertainties, people who have not yet been empowered to take on a new role, who are unsure how to work in a new environment, people who need to learn how to deal with a changed life situation. And also people who are curious to get to know themselves and their own potential better. In my coaching formats, I want to offer a safe space to talk about these topics. To be honest, no one has ever come to me asking me to help them strengthen their own resilience! But if you understand resilience as "the immune system of the soul", then resource- and solution-orientated work can help to strengthen this immune system so that it can develop its maximum potential when needed.

How does the whole process work?

Starting is very easy - and above all non-binding: send me an inquiry via the contact button on the homepage and tell me in a few sentences what your thoughts and topics are. We will then arrange a free 30-minute consultation via Google Meet or telephone. This allows us to get to know each other and gather initial ideas and goals for your coaching. I will then send you a quote and we can plan the first appointments.
