Writing stories.

In my job, I always try to combine scientific principles with humanity, humour and empathy. Because I firmly believe that we learn best and change ourselves or a situation when we have fun and feel understood. It is therefore particularly important to me that we go beyond deep conversations, get into active action and work together to develop quick wins that you can implement in a concrete, timely and self-effective way.

What you can expect.


You tell me where you are at in your story. If necessary, we'll take a look at a few paragraphs from previous chapters together. However, this is not absolutely necessary, because "the solution doesn't care about the origin of the problem". I support you in identifying a vision - and don't worry: this is not the end of the book, but only of a chapter. Once you've had the experience of activating your resources, you won't want to miss the joy of writing, re-writing, and re-interpreting what you have wrote! You decide how long it should take for you to become an author. I want to help you develop your personal style, get to grips with syntax and grammar and inspire you to decide whether you want to write by hand on paper or on a laptop, or whether it should be a drawing or a comic.

In these areas I can support you: 

  • Individual coaching: if you are currently asking yourself why things are not going the way you want them to at one point or another - or if you are not (or no longer) sure why you made a certain decision or took a certain path. Or perhaps you are facing a fork in the road with many possible paths.
     

  • Coaching for managers: Leadership is a wonderful opportunity to develop people. But with it always comes great responsibility. Living up to your own expectations and those of the company can cause stress and uncertainty. But it doesn't have to be!
     

  • Group and team coaching: when people come together, it means recognizing different experiences, needs and goals in order to work towards a common vision. I support you and your team in setting up a framework for diversity, efficiency and fun.
     

  • Job search support: in my role as Head of People & Culture I have seen a lot - great CVs, bad applications, inspired people and people who just want a job. Your search for a new job doesn't have to be a torture - it can and should be an opportunity to get to know yourself better, strengthen your strengths and consciously consider which doors you want to (re)open and which ones it's time to close.
     

  • Mentoring: you are studying and about to make further decisions. Especially if you're wondering if you'll ever do anything with a humanities or social science degree, I'm happy to work out perspectives and possibilities.
     

  • Creating vision boards: one of my favourite tools, which I have been using as an inspirational compass for a few years now. Neuroscience also clearly shows the impact that looking at intuitively selected images can have on our brain and on our intrinsic motivation. The creation of vision boards can be offered as an inspiring alternative in team coaching sessions, but also privately for celebrations, birthdays and yoga retreats.
